Refund policy.
Digital Products, Services, and Online Courses
All sales of digital products, services, and online courses provided by Can't Take My Light, LLC are final. Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any digital products, services, or online courses once the purchase is completed.
Physical Products
For physical products, we offer a refund if the request is made within 7 business days after receipt of the product. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
The return must be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the product.
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@canttakemylight.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
Donations
All donations made to Can't Take My Light, LLC to support our "1st 28 Campaign" are final and non-refundable. As a charitable LLC, we rely on the generosity of our donors to support our mission. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Can't Take My Light, LLC takes fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks that we deem to be fraudulent. If a chargeback is filed and we determine that it is fraudulent, we will provide the necessary documentation to the credit card company to challenge the chargeback.
